Instructions:	Unrar and install the app.
			Apply patch.
			Uninstall CONNECTIONClientx64_10.00.18.13
			Uninstall CONNECT Advisor_10.01.00.210
			Use Control.Panel->Add.Remove.Program applet
			or execute 1.cmd & 2.cmd with admin rights.
			Delete files (optionally):
			C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\WaterCAD\x64\manageExceptionLogs.hta
			C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\WaterCAD\manageExceptionLogs.hta
