01. Go to the waterboard.lk
02. Log using Username & pass
03. go to the Restick link in left upper coner select edit from setting icon 
    at the right upper corner.
04. select download from the page (double click in front of the word).
05. Go tp the old database page (documentation_SBD web page)
06. Identify the path of the documentation by pointing the cursor to 
    "download now" or right click on "download now" and select "inspect element".
07. Go to google drive > My drive > Documentation > select the relevent path. *
08. Right click on the selected pdf file > select share > click on the link in the cage > copy .
09. Copy Document Path & Gent Direct Link in Direct link Generator Tab > 
    Click on Create direct link > copy the link created in "output link"
10. Go to water board new page > select link symbol > copy the copied URL to the dialog box > Insert.
